The original plan was to build chairs that were capable of being stacked on top of one another. These stacked chairs would turn into a sheltered structure that would be used by a vendor. However, time did not permit the building of this structure. We decided on a pretty cool stool and for about two weeks we spent our time making a lot of seats and legs. It was my job to use the mitre saw to cut the wood as close to the desired shape as possible, us the jigsaw to cut out legs, sand them both and paint the wood for our bench. This project definitely required the most labor. However, I really enjoyed this project because I feel like I learned a lot and become much more self-sufficient. I learned that hard work really pays off. I also learned that collaborative work is much more rewarding and fun; a lot more gets accomplished and it enables you to form bonds with your team  :) -Kyndal
